    There will no mould fee again if order frequently.  or not, moulds will be kept for about 2 years, means that there will not mold fee again if you order same items 

    Q2: I need my product very urgent, how fast could you produce it?
    Please don’t worry, generally our production time is 12- 14 days. for most item, we need 5-9 days when in rush. Depending on your item, our sales will check the schedule and then arrange the fastest production time for you.

    Q3: if I want to see the artwork, if i need to pay the artwork fee ?
    No, you needn’t , my friend, we could offer the free artwork for you to see your product’s effect. You can know more about our rule of artwork: Artwork Requirement.

    Q4: I don’t know the effect when it finished, I am afraid to place the mass order, could I get a product sample?
    Of course. We suggest to make samples first to check, mass production will be produced as approved samples. You can get samples at hand by express, or just confirm  samples by photoes or Viedo.

    Q6:What’s your quality control percentage?
