Material.

We can make bottle opener in many material, such as zinc alloy, brass, stainless steel, iron and Rubber etc. The main material of our products is zinc alloy & stainless steel. Zinc alloy will suit for a special shape and thick thickness designs, with many kinds of plating color.
Stainless steel material will be hard enough for opener. It will keep natural color with brushed effect as normal, many clients like the effect very much.

Plating color.

There will be various plating color for choose if you like. Like antique(gold color/ silver color/ copper color etc) and matt color is popular in the recent years. You can tell directly what finished color would be liked, or send a refer photos will be ok.

Enamel color.

Pls send your designs or logo to let us know the pantone color for bottle opener. Or you can tell pantone C color directly. Pls noted that the injected enamel color will be solid color, but not workable for changing color. It will better to make logo by printing if there is changing color. There will be a doming layer (Epoxy resin) cover on surface to protect printing.

Artwork.

There will be a artwork send for approved before moulding. You can learn more about the artwork rule by this link: Artwork Requirement .

Packing.

Normal will be opp bag, ploy bag or bubble bag. It will be ok to custom packing, such as gift box.
