We make keychain by many material, such as zinc alloy metal, brass, copper, stainless steel, iron, rubber and soft PVC etc. The most popular material will be zinc alloy, stainless steel and brass. Material choosed will be base on designs, target price and QTY etc. As normal, mould cost of zinc alloy material will be higher than stainless steel and brass if like make by metal. The cheapest will be off-set printing with doming on surface.

Some of the clients like to make by soft PVC or silicone material. This type keychain will colorful as your designs. It will no chaning color as enamel color on metal material.

We can plating various color, Pls tell the plating color you like. Shiny gold/silver/ Copper color, antique gold/ silver / copper color etc. It will be better to have same color of plating for refer when you tell what color be liked, such as rose gold color.

Pantone C color for enamel will be OK. You can tell the pantone color and it will be ok to send your designs for refer directly. Pls noted that there will be free artwork sent you for approved before moulding to avoid any mistake. (Rule of artwork requirement.)
