Custom metal dog tags manufacturers

Produce dog tag is not a complex process, but as follow process: Casting/ stamping- Polishing- QC- Plating-QC-enamel injected-QC-Laser logo-Assemble with ball chain – QC – Packing. This is normal process, thre will add or reduce process as custom designs.
Material of are various for choosed, such as zinc alloy, stainless steel, brass etc. And it will be ok if you would like dog tag with silicone silience around edge.

Plating color.

You can make dog tag finished in various color. Antique color, shiny color, matt color will be available. You can tell what plating color be liked, or just send a refer photo.
Enamel color. Just tell pantone C color will be ok. Or we will get enamel color from your desings. For approved, there will be artwork send for approved before moulding. Pls check our artwork rule as this link’Artwork Requirement’.

Ball chain.

There will be 3 material of ball chain, brass material, stainless steel and iron material. The normal material is iron. normal size of ball chain will be 800×2.0mm or 800×1.8mm.
