Material.

As normal, we will make coin by zinc alloy, brass, copper and iron. The normal material is zinc alloy and brass, copper material seldom clients choose it as high cost and the iron coin may not good quality for coin.

Zinc alloy material is a good material for custom coin for most designs and the cost will compeitiver than brass. It can plating  color on surface as your liked. Weight will near about iron (density of zinc alloy is 0.0067kg/m3, iron’s density is 0.0078kg/m3). So it will be the first choice when consider material for coin.

Brass is choose by some clients would like to have good quality. polishing and plating will be good if brass material.

Plating color.

We can plate various color for choose. You can tell and send refer image to let us know what plating color liked. In the recent years, antique color (some clients named it old color, such as antique gold color, antique silver color, antique copper color) is popular for the America market, Austrialia market and Europe market. But some of the clients from middle East countries and other countries are like shiny plating color (such as shiny gold color and shiny silver color).

Enamel color.

Pantone C color will be ok for enamel injected if you liked. And you can send your artwork or designs directly. We will send you artwork with pantone color for approved before moulding.

MOQ of coin

will be 100pcs as normal.

Packing

normal will be 1pc/opp bag, and big bag, cartons on outside. It will be ok to have Transparent case or gift box if you liked.
