How to have 5K run everyday?

As a Professional medals maker near about 15 years, medals for marathon, Medals for Mud Run, Medals for Obstacle 5K Run and Medals for Swimming etc. We had produced Metal medals for our client from all over the world. But It is very pity that I still on the way to develop a running habit, especially morning Jog.

Recently, one of my friends David told that he had attended the 2024 Boston Marathon and finished it within a good time. I admired him very much when he told me this, and Joking him that I would like to create a honor medals for him.

David become one of my American friends since he made orders of medals to our factory. As a professional sales of medals factory, We had provided help for them. Our suggestion of designs and assisted on created artworks for their company. David said thank you as The artworks was changed several times. Although final artworks were no same at all as their original idea, but they like the final artworks very much.

We often had free talked by whatsapp, we become friends and named each other Bro. I was question to David that why he can work in one company so long time. ‘Because I love run’, David told me. His father was a Running enthusiasts, David affected by his father when he is a Child. He was start with 1K, 2K slow run in the firstly. But now, could you image that a person have 5K run every day. No matter what the weather is. He will have 5K run outside if good weather. The choice difference is indoor or outdoor.

I don’t know if have 5K run every day is what does that means to others, but it is unbelievable to me.

Most people agree that Run is good for our healthy. But it is very strange that most people are not have that habit, as insist is a hard thing.

I was had run habit when I was a student at university, but to be honest that I run was not as I love. There is 5K run physical fitness test every year in our university. I was afraid I can not passed that test, so I have night run after evening self-study. The ‘habit’ abandoned after my graduated. Seems that the psychology of utilitarianism is not good for good habit develop.

Although I am still in my early thirties, but as ages grow, I am starting to realize the importance of running more and more. Now, Running is not only good for control my weight, but also running will good for my healthy in the long time. Actually, I envy people like David who can run 5K every day. I hope that there is one day in the future, I can easily complete 5K runs at any time as well, like David.

I told David that I am pick up running ‘habit’, starting with 3k – 4K morning Jog now. At the begin, I know that it will be helpful if have partner who can run with me and supervise me. I am glad to say that may be I have.

Hope and believe that I can become a runner like Daivd, who can run 5K every day. I was message to David about my decision. I will create a souvenir metal gold color 5K medals when I reach Your Today’s Achievements. Ahh……
